Enterokinase (EK)
Single non-glycosylated polypeptide, 237 aa, ~26.4 kDa. A highly specific protease for cleaving fusion tags in recombinant protein production.
Benzonase Nuclease
245 aa, ~30 kDa, two disulfide bonds. Degrades all forms of DNA and RNA — nucleic-acid removal, viscosity reduction, protein purification and improved gel resolution.
L-Asparaginase
Tetrameric, 34,564 Da. Hydrolyses L-asparagine to aspartic acid and ammonia; used in the food industry to reduce acrylamide formation.
